HD Music Now's "Make a Change" Program
To keep this brief, I've spent the past several months researching different charities with the intentions of choosing SIX different charities representing varying world issues. All of these charities have received a 4 or 5 star rating according to Charity Navigator, the top ranking charity system in America. I have spoken with representatives at each of these charities to ensure the monies are appropriately distributed to further their cause.
The "Make a Change" program is simple.
All Licensors (Anyone we license music to) will get to choose one of the five charities below for us to donate to.
1% of the license fees received will be donated to that charity.

| African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) |
|
Founded in 1961, the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), together with
the people of Africa, works to ensure the wildlife and wild lands of Africa
will endure forever. AWF is the leading international conservation
organization focused solely on Africa. We believe that protecting Africa's
wildlife and wild landscapes is the key to the future prosperity of Africa
and its people - and for over forty-five years we have made it our work
to help ensure that Africa's wild resources endure. At AWF we approach
all of our work at the landscape level - that is to say, we look at large
landscapes (we have identified eight of these areas to date). Within
these landscapes, we implement a variety of efforts that conserve land,
protect species and empower people. |

| The Mr. Holland's Opus Fund |
|
The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation (MHOF) supports music education
and its many benefits through the donation and repair of musical
instruments to under-served schools, community music programs and
individual students nationwide. MHOF was inspired by the acclaimed
motion picture Mr. Holland's Opus, the story of the profound effect a
dedicated music teacher had on generations of students. The film's
composer, Michael Kamen, founded MHOF in 1996 as his commitment to
the future of music education. To date, MHOF has donated $4 million
worth of new and refurbished instruments to 739 music programs and
individuals across the country, effectively helping over 100,000

U.S. foreign policy based on international cooperation, demilitarization
and respect for basic human rights. The Center has led or played a vital
role in an impressive number of citizens' initiatives. The Center has
campaigned to make sure that a government's human rights record
became a factor in allocating foreign aid. In the 1980s the Center staff
became the Washington advocates for Costa Rican president Oscar
Arias's peace plan for Central America. This work continues today, along
with a robust program on nuclear proliferation in south and east Asia,
cutting-edge work on illegal financial flows, and a new effort to promote
environmental protection and increase citizen participation in Central
